Structural – The Structural Department is responsible for the design of new buildings and structural analysis and design of modifications to existing structures, construction document preparation, and construction administration services. Design services provided by the structural engineering staff include structural steel, cold-formed steel, post-tentioned and conventionally reinforced concrete, wood, and pile foundations. SEF utilizes BIM/REVIT and AutoCAD software for the preparation of construction drawings.
